Optical Select uses the information you provide to reply to eyewear trade enquiries. You do not need to create an account or subscribe to marketing messages to make an enquiry.

What we receive

When you submit a trade enquiry, we receive your company or store name, contact name, email address, delivery country, selected model numbers and quantities, and any notes you choose to provide.

Why we use it

We use this information to understand your request, discuss product details, prepare commercial replies, and follow up on samples or supply questions. We do not use these enquiry details to automatically subscribe you to promotional mailings.

Email and security services

The enquiry email is processed through Resend, our transactional email provider, and a copy is sent to the address you entered. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help prevent automated submissions; Cloudflare may process technical data required for that verification. The website also stores the products you selected locally in your browser until you clear or submit your shortlist.

Retention and requests

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as needed for customer communications, relevant business records and any applicable legal obligations. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email [email protected]. If a legal retention duty applies, some records may need to be kept.
